So, What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century.
Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being.

What happens during a Reiki session?
During a session, you will lie comfortably while
I gently move my hands above, hovering close to your body as I encourage and channel a healthy flow of energy to promote healing and clarity. I will linger over areas that need extra healing in order to unblock stuck negative energy and release this energy out of your body.

The experience of Reiki says more than words ever could so book your private session and enjoy this beautiful experience with me as we join our positive energies.

Some benefits of Reiki therapy:
• Promotes emotional healing and spiritual growth.
• Relieves symptoms.
• Supports relaxation, better sleep and stress relief.
• Provides relief from chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.
• Heals inflammation and infections.

Erin brings overflowing enthusiasm, passion and knowledge to the fitness floor here at Pyourcore/Synergy, where she teaches Pilates Reformer, Barre, Inferno Hot Pilates, Flex Burn, Cardio Burn and Dance fitness classes. She is also a Reiki Healer and is excited to bring this form of health and wellness to Pyourcore/Synergy.
Along with private sessions here, Erin also works alongside a psychic medium giving reiki healing at special events.
She was certified level three reiki master with Dana Potts through Evenflow Yoga, where she also received her 200 hr yoga teacher certification. After becoming fully attuned Erin noticed how her dogs reacted so positively to her energy while doing reiki on them. She was then blown away by the benefits she was able to share with the children with autism that she worked with at the New York City department of education. Her healing took off from there…“It just makes me feel so good when I feel and see the help I can give to people through this energy healing!” She has found her calling and wants to share it!
