Jo Ann Molnar
Jo Ann Molnar is a yoga, pilates, and spin teacher with a passion for all aspects of health and wellness.
Jo Ann is currently a Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer apprentice at Pyour Core Studio. Her certifications include Aerial Yoga teacher; 200-RYT Yoga teacher; RealRyder cycling instructor; and Madd Dogg spin instructor. Jo Ann is also a registered horticulturist and holds an advanced scuba diving license.
She became a Pilates Instructor because she want to help people move and breathe through daily activities with more freedom and power and less pain. She is particularly interested in helping individuals recover from injuries, slow the progression of various diseases and influence the quality of their physical and mental well-being while enjoying a more enjoyable active lifestyle throughout all stages of life.
Having experienced first-hand the transformative powers of mind-body modalities like yoga and pilates, Jo Ann wanted to help others by teaching. After suffering a back injury and being told surgery was the only option, Jo Ann instead worked to improve her physical and mental health through daily practice and found relief from the pain. Many years of these mind-body practices have given Jo Ann the mental and physical tools required to cope with life-changing events.
Pilates can have a restorative effect on lower back pain and is beneficial when chronic pain or injury impairs movement. The focus is on the core of the body, with a balance between strength and flexibility, so that in addition to the recuperative benefits, pilates practice results in stronger, leaner muscles. Many people choose to incorporate both pilates and yoga into their lives
Jo Ann is a second-generation Italian and New York native, Jo Ann’s love for the outdoors and a healthy lifestyle began as a young girl spending a lot of time on her grandparent’s fruit and vegetable farm. It was there that Jo Ann developed a deep love of nature, an appreciation for whole, organic foods, and an understanding of the connection between nature, nutrition, and human health.
Passionate about conservation and preserving our environment, she is involved in a number of nonprofit organizations that further this cause.
When Jo Ann is not teaching or studying, she loves spending time with two beautiful and inspiring adult children, and her seven rescue pets! She also finds time to work on her organic vegetable garden and enjoys cooking and baking whole foods.

Kelsie Pianoforte
From a young age, I was deeply involved in competitive dance, which led me to further my studies at Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts. My professional dance career continued with the Boston Community Dance Project. Throughout my training, I faced numerous minor injuries that required me to find safe and effective ways to heal while continuing to progress. These challenges fueled my desire to learn more about the body’s mechanics and proper training techniques.
My journey into teaching and choreographing dance sparked a deeper interest in the fundamentals and anatomical science behind movement. With a lifelong passion for fitness, I discovered my love for Pilates during my college years. I have recently completed my STOTT Pilates Mat Course and am currently enrolled in the STOTT Reformer course. I am excited to dive into this journey and have future plans to further my education with a barre certification and focus on special injuries and populations.
As a Pilates instructor, my goal is to provide clients with well-rounded, versatile classes that promote overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. I strive to inspire my clients beyond the studio, encouraging them to become the best version of themselves in every aspect of their lives.
