We are a shoe free studio so sticky socks are required. Rental socks are available for $2. Our cycling classes DO however require athletic shoes or SPD clips. Long sleeve shirts and NO jewelry are required for all aerial classes, please review contraindications on class description before signing up. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A 90 MINUTE CANCELLATION POLICY ON ALL CLASSES AND A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL PRIVATE AND DUET SESSIONS
