Karin Farnham
Karin, originally an NYC girl, moved to LBI over 16 years ago and brought her childhood love of fitness with her. She started running with her twin sister when she was 7 years old and has been at it ever since.
Karin loves to combine the freedom of outside running workouts with the extra push and collaboration that a group class offers in her weekly routine. She is a working registered nurse and is fascinated with bio-mechanics, functional anatomy, functional training and exercise physiology.
Her thirst for knowledge and love for exercise has led her outside the scope of nursing to accumulate multiple certifications such as Real Ryder Cycling, Cross Core, Barre, Pyour Shred, Pyour Flex, Pyour Stretch and Halo training. She is also certified in Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer.
Karin continues on her health care journey by building her certifications in the fitness realm and maintaining her nursing career, staying current and active in her education.

Sejal Grizzetti
Sejal was first introduced to the world of fitness ten years ago at Pyour Core, where she began taking Real Ryder Cycling classes. A year later, she joined the front desk team, and over the years she naturally grew into an education and career in fitness.
Sejal graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Health Promotions, Nutrition, & Exercise Science. Throughout college, she experienced the fitness world through many different lenses — from managing and operating two fitness studios in Columbus, to most recently running her own training business, where she worked with a wide range of clients.
Sejal holds Group Fitness and Personal Training certifications, is a recognized HYROX Performance Coach, and is actively working toward her STOTT Pilates certification. Her coaching blends strength, precision, and purposeful movement — meeting people where they are while helping them progress with intention. By combining the precision of Pilates with the power of strength and conditioning, she helps people move with intention and perform with confidence. More than anything, she’s here to guide and build a community where everyone grows stronger, together.

Alice Stocton Rossinni
A self proclaimed gym rat since college, Alice learned early on the only way to tame and focus her type A personality is through a good sweaty work out. From boot camp to spin classes, hot yoga, pilates and reformer to hiking, biking and body surfing in the ocean, it is through movement she finds her zen.
In 2007 she became ACE certified in group fitness and taught pilates, group fitness and pool classes at the Ocean Club in Stafford Township. Alice split her time between Hoboken and LBI, where she taught boot camp, strength, stretch and Pilates Mat at World Gym Paramus and at Crunch in Hoboken and Midtown Manhattan.
She has taught private pilates mat, reformer and small group fitness on land and in pools for more than a decade. Recently she became certified in Pilates Reformer. Nothing gives her more joy than to help clients become stronger, more mobile and confident.
Alice is proof that movement is key to longevity, overcoming injury and most importantly feeling good! She is an avid hiker and credits her dedication to fitness with enabling her to climb Half Dome in Yosemite, complete the JungFrau trail in Switzerland and reach the top of Kilimanjaro.

Kelsie Pianoforte
From a young age, I was deeply involved in competitive dance, which led me to further my studies at Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts. My professional dance career continued with the Boston Community Dance Project. Throughout my training, I faced numerous minor injuries that required me to find safe and effective ways to heal while continuing to progress. These challenges fueled my desire to learn more about the body’s mechanics and proper training techniques.
My journey into teaching and choreographing dance sparked a deeper interest in the fundamentals and anatomical science behind movement. With a lifelong passion for fitness, I discovered my love for Pilates during my college years. I have recently completed my STOTT Pilates Mat Course and am currently enrolled in the STOTT Reformer course. I am excited to dive into this journey and have future plans to further my education with a barre certification and focus on special injuries and populations.
As a Pilates instructor, my goal is to provide clients with well-rounded, versatile classes that promote overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. I strive to inspire my clients beyond the studio, encouraging them to become the best version of themselves in every aspect of their lives.

Linda Meade
IN LOVING MEMORY!
