Erin Dube
Erin Dube’s lifelong love of movement began with dance and has grown into a diverse career spanning performance, choreography, Pilates, yoga and fitness. After studying dance at the University of Maine, she went on to perform and choreograph in off-Broadway productions in Toronto and continued her dance studies at Le Jazz Hot in Ottawa.
From 2003 to 2010, Erin founded and operated her own dance studio, Makin’ Moves, as well as Dollhouse Dance Company. She later discovered Pilates and added STOTT PILATES® training to her movement background. Today, she teaches Reformer classes at Pyour Core and brings her years of dance experience into every session.
Erin is also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and holds certifications in Mindful Fusion Barre and LeBARRE. She is CPR certified and a Reiki Master Practitioner, giving her a broad foundation in movement, mindfulness and wellness. Her teaching blends multiple disciplines to create classes that are challenging, thoughtful and deeply connected to the body.
“My goal in every class is to bring together the different forms of movement I’ve studied to create an experience that feeds the body, mind and soul.”– Erin.

Lilly Flanagan
Lilly Flanagan began practicing yoga in 1999 while attending Eugene Lang College, where she developed a daily practice and a deep appreciation for the discipline under teachers Jillian Pransky and Carl Horowitz. After discovering hot yoga in 2004, she went on to complete an immersive Bikram Yoga teacher training in Los Angeles in 2005.
Lilly has continued her education through training in both intermediate and advanced yoga series and has studied with a range of respected teachers throughout her career. Her teaching emphasizes alignment, breath, focus and accessibility, with the goal of helping students of different ages and experience levels develop a stronger, more mindful practice.
She also enjoys working with athletes, bringing attention to mobility, body awareness and movement quality as part of their broader training. Outside the studio, Lilly enjoys swimming in the sea, reading and cooking vegetarian meals.

Georgette Kaftan
Georgette Kaftan is a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained in Vinyasa Flow, Rasa Restorative, Yin Yoga, and Yoga for Trauma & Addiction. Her continuing studies have included biomechanics with Jules Mitchell, the art of attention with Elena Brower, meditation immersion with Kula for Karma, and teachings with Eckhart Tolle that she incorporates into her classes, workshops and retreats.
With undergraduate degrees in Economics and Psychology and a master’s degree in Computer Science, Georgette also brings a unique understanding of the demands and pressures of professional life. Her own background informs an approach to yoga that emphasizes balance, focus and creating space—both physically and mentally.
Her teaching style is warm, thoughtful and fun, encouraging self-acceptance, mindful alignment and a greater sense of internal strength. Georgette strives to create classes where students can challenge themselves while also finding room to breathe, reset and grow.

Tootsie Olan
Tootsie Olan is a lifelong dancer, choreographer and yoga teacher known for high-energy classes that challenge the body, mind and spirit. She created the trademarked cardio dance class danceFLOORED™ and later developed her own high-voltage yoga programming, building a devoted following around movement, music and the joy of letting go.
Her work extends well beyond the studio. Tootsie leads dance and yoga retreats, large-scale events and pop-up classes around the country, and in 2020 launched the Tootsie Olan Digital Studio, bringing her classes and community to students online around the world.
A Cornell University graduate and Registered Yoga Teacher, Tootsie brings equal parts athleticism, creativity and personality to every class. She also works with media networks and brands, knows an impressive amount of ’90s hip-hop by heart, and—most importantly—is the mother of three remarkable kids.

Cara Yakey
Cara Yakey has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years, with experience in Hatha, Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Bikram yoga. Her passion for the practice led her to complete classical Hatha teacher training in 2001 and ultimately begin teaching others.
Before becoming a yoga instructor, Cara worked as a physical therapist specializing in sports-related injuries. She brings that background into her teaching through a strong understanding of anatomy, alignment and proper biomechanics.
Outside the studio, Cara enjoys spending time with her son, Lucas, walking the boardwalk in Long Branch and riding her beach cruiser.

Kelsie Pianoforte
Kelsie Pianoforte’s lifelong connection to movement began with competitive dance and continued through her studies at Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts and her professional work with the Boston Community Dance Project. Along the way, dealing with the minor injuries that often accompany intensive dance training sparked a deeper interest in body mechanics, recovery and intelligent movement.
That curiosity eventually led Kelsie to Pilates. She has completed her STOTT PILATES® Mat training and is continuing her education in Reformer, with plans to expand into Barre and specialized training for injuries and special populations.
As an instructor, Kelsie focuses on creating thoughtful, well-rounded classes that support strength, body awareness and overall wellness. Her goal is to help clients move with greater confidence while building habits that support an active, healthy lifestyle both inside and outside the studio.

Delanie Weber
Growing up in North Jersey and spending summers down the shore, Delanie Weber always saw movement as a way to feel strong, energized and balanced. After years of filling her weekends with workout classes, she decided to take the leap from participant to instructor.
A 2022 graduate of Marist University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Delanie works in fashion in New York City while continuing to build her career in fitness. She is a Merrithew® STOTT PILATES® Mat instructor and is committed to expanding her education in areas including pre- and postnatal fitness, special populations and injury rehabilitation.
With an eye for detail and a strong focus on form, Delanie creates thoughtful, engaging classes designed to help clients feel confident and empowered in their movement. Outside the studio, she enjoys reading, pasta, wellness, nutrition—and a good Bravo binge. And yes, there will be a playlist.

Zenny Mera
Zenny Mera is a Miami native whose love of yoga led her to complete her 200-hour RYT certification in 2013, followed by her 300-hour RYT certification in 2018 through a scholarship from Namastacy Yoga Corporation.
Her classes blend music, strength and fun with a graceful, dynamic flow designed to challenge and energize students. Zenny is especially fond of shakti kicks, standing splits and boat pose, but she believes just as strongly in offering modifications and variations so students of all levels can feel supported in their practice.
Outside the studio, Zenny enjoys traveling, dancing and spending time with her husband, Michael, and their pups, Stella and Pepe—because, as she puts it, life is all about balance.

Jodie Hansen
Jodie Hansen brings a lifelong love of dance and movement to Pyour Core. Born in Paris, she has trained extensively in dance, including studies at the University of Utah and Joffrey Ballet Chicago.
Her background gives her a strong sense of rhythm, movement and body awareness, which she brings into every class she teaches. Jodie’s approach is energetic, upbeat and welcoming, with a focus on helping clients move, sweat and enjoy the experience.

Anna George
Anna George discovered yoga after the birth of her daughter and quickly found herself drawn to the strength, focus and sense of connection the practice created. In 2011, she began teaching Bikram Yoga and Vinyasa Power Yoga, beginning a teaching journey that has continued to grow ever since.
Anna has expanded her training through workshops and continuing education in posture alignment and assisting, meditation and inquiry practice, chakra balance, trauma-informed sensitivity and children’s yoga. She considers herself a student first and a teacher second, approaching each practice as an opportunity to keep learning and deepen her understanding.
Outside the studio, Anna teaches preschoolers and is rarely far from something creative. A visual and performing artist, writer, passionate cook and baker, she brings that same curiosity and imagination to her yoga teaching—inviting students to explore, learn and create their own practice.

Ceci Conte
As a former athlete, Ceci Conte was initially drawn to yoga because it offered something completely different: a practice that could be both gentle and forgiving while still satisfying her competitive spirit.
Her teaching is centered on helping students discover new possibilities in themselves—physically and mentally—while creating space for both challenge and self-awareness.

Jenn Masella
Jenn Masella is an E-RYT 500+ yoga teacher, former CEO, and 30-year fashion industry veteran who now serves as CIO for a Medical Affairs Platform. She understands pressure, performance, and leadership at the highest levels—and she brings that lived experience directly into the room. Through yoga, leadership, and community, Jenn creates spaces where people feel strong, supported, and capable of more than they imagined.
