What a true statement, especially in our group classes. From Real Ryder Cycling to Aerial Yoga & Fitness, to Pilates and Pyour Mat as well as Pyour Barre 360, Halo Training, Pyour Fit, Pyour Shred, Yoga Plus and Pyour Strength, there are plenty of classes to help you reach your goals. Our schedule is client focused so chances are that there is one to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, the classes are packed with motivated people who will inspire you and knowledgeable CERTIFIED trainers who will watch over you so you can get the most out of our custom Pyour classes.

We are a shoe free studio so sticky socks are required.  Rental socks are available for $2. Our cycling classes DO however require athletic shoes or SPD clips. Long sleeve shirts and NO jewelry are required for all aerial classes, please review contraindications on class description before signing up.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A 90 MINUTE CANCELLATION POLICY ON ALL CLASSES AND A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL PRIVATE AND DUET SESSIONS.
